WHY DONT THE JAZZ TRY AND GET STOUDAMIRE

I think the Jazz would be stupid not to try and get amare stoudamire he would be a perfect fit in Utah plus he would be a good inside presence which we don't have right now. I just think that they need to get someone like amare or Just pull the trigger and GET STOUDAMIRE

Personally I think the Jazz would have to be fools to try to get Amare, he has attitude issues, and simply would not fit in with the team concept of Utah Basketball. Besides, who would you give up to get Amare, he is not going to go cheap. You cannot say Boozer at this point, he is untouchable due to his injury and the fact that he would be unable to pass any trade physicals. AK is in the same boat. So again, who are you willing to give up to get someone who does not fit in here? Amare may be a great player, but if they do not fit in with the TEAM, then what's the point!

I see what you are saying about boozer and ak being hurt. I was meaning if boozer gets healthy before the deadline send him packing to phx and bring in Amare. I think he would fit in great here the offense would basically run through him as it does WHEN boozer plays which seems like that aint very often lately. I just feel we need to do something to be a contender. Plus we might as well get something out of boozer cuz he will leave after the season is over so get something out of him while we can

head case. you dont want him. If he only gets 12 shots off 24 touches he complains to the press. To many distractions to the club, why do you think PHX wants to unload him. He couldnt make a real imapct with Nash and Shaq...2 former MVP's, who else is gonna carry him.

I think Amare wouldn't be a good fit for this team chemistry wise nor in the offensive aspect. Hate to say it, but Jerry's offense is gettin old and no superstar ala McGrady, Stoudamire, etc wants to be controlled in such a strict offense. I think Amare's fire would be too much for Jerry to handle and both of their compettive natures wouldn't be cohesive. Jazz are in serious need of a big man and i think it is the last piece to the puzzle. We will NEVER win a title when our center plays like a 3(Small Forward)

Isn't Amare a free agent at the end of this year? It's possible we wouldn't have to trade anyone for him. We could let Boozer leave and just sign him.

We'd need to offer Booz+a little for Amare.
OR AK+quite a bit for Amare plus filler with bad contrat.
