Andrei Hearts New York

“Happy, happy, joy, joy, happy, happy, joy, joy, happy, happy, joy, joy, joy.” (Ren and Stimpy).
Much to the chagrin of local sports reporters, Andrei Kirilenko was happy to report how happy he is; to the New York sports media. Here in the small fish pond, Andrei “dissed” local sports reporters when they asked him how he was feeling about his role with the Jazz now that the season was under way, and some time had passed since the summer of his discontent.
He’s been playing well, garnering numerous double-doubles, and almost triple-doubles. Apparently, he is happy, as he reported to the New York media while in town for the Jazz v. Knicks game. Perhaps the bigger media pond helped Andrei to feel that his message of happiness and joy would be spread world wide. I’m very happy that Andrei is happy, as I believe it is helping him to play well. Hopefully the Jazz are happy that Andrei is happy, and hopefully the rest of the Jazz fans are happy too. It’s a big happy ball of joy! I hope that Andrei was able to pick up a t-shirt expressing the love that he feels for the Big Apple, since he didn’t have any qualms about expressing his happiness to them.
