Governor Huntsman

Greetings,

As Governor of the great State of Utah and a true Jazz fan, I am excited to be the first guest author for Jazzbots. What does Jazzbots mean for fans like you and me? It allows us to have a podium to share the heart and soul of what makes a fan A FAN.

Serving as Governor and being a committed Jazz fan are linked. Both require a level of passion and commitment to move forward through the good times, as well as the disappointing times.

I am particularly fond of the memories of the Jazz working together to provide the best basketball games some of us have ever seen. We admire the Jazz players for their commitment to one another, the game itself, the fans, and ultimately to the great State of Utah.

Best wishes for success in the 2007-08 Jazz season.

Sincerely,

Jon Huntsman
Governor

Governor, you are an awesome guy. A genuine man of the people and I don’t know if you’ll ever read this, but besides being a Jazz fan, thanks for taking care of Utah and making it the best state all-around to live in. Next to Boozer, you’re my hero. Oh, and Chris Farley.

I think it is pretty cool that the governer would post on Jazzbots. He is a good governer and we should all be thankful that we have him in Utah.

Hi everyone from Utah and all over the World, just to say hi, and to congratulate the Utah People for the Support you have always given to your team( beign one of the loudest arenas in the U.S.). I now am a 21 year old Jazz fan that live in Puerto Rico and I’ve been following the Jazz since their loss against the Seattle Supersonics in the 1996 Playoffs, Pretty Much eleven Years. And there is no more Respectful and Diciplined team than the Jazz out there. So, Thanks Utah Jazz , thanks governor for your words, Thanks Sloan and all the true fans out there that always support the team no matter what!
Thanks and Good Luck Jazz this Season May God be With You All…

Thanks Governor. I agree, that while we have yet to win an NBA championship, the Jazz have always given us some great memories. When Stockton hit that 3 over Barkley, that was AWESOME! Soon there will be more to come….

In Hoc, Governor!
