No, I really shouldn’t but……

I drink too much coke. I eat too much food. In fact when I look at my life there are many things I do that I know in the long run can’t be good for me but I do them anyway.

Watching my free preview of NBA League Pass tonight I came to realize there are a few players I would love to have on the Jazz even though I know it is a very bad idea. Here is my list of the top 5 players I would love to see in a Jazz uniform even though in real life it would never work out for one reason or another.

5- Josh Smith - Blocks a ton of shots, can jump out of the gym, and has a nasty streak.

4- Rasheed Wallace - Great defender and a soft jumper with range. If he wasn’t so unstable, he could have been an all-time great.

3- Allen Iverson - Plays harder than any player in the league. He is fearless and I could watch his floater all day long.

2- Kobe Bryant - Larry H. Miller has stated over and over again that he would never allow Kobe to be on the team. I disagree based on the fact that he is the best player in the league, in his prime and this year has really shown some great leadership.

1- Ron Artest - Tough, border-line crazy, and can do anything on the court. (Nothing was better than seeing him pounding his chest and then yelling, “No Lay-ups” after a hard foul.)

Who’s on your list?

I agree with you about everyone except AI. While I like watching him play, and think he’s the ultimate example of toughness and flopping, he monopolizes the ball and shoots two low of a percentage.

From a talent and need prospect the only one I’d approve of, (like my approval means dog crap), would be Koby.

Despite his little transgression in CO with a college kid of the opposite gender with the morality of a groupie. His wife got a 4 million dollar ring, Eagle County got 8 mill worth, of tax payer funded, improvements to their “justice” center.

Artest? You really and truly must be kidding, or entering senility in your 20’s. But then we could provide him housing in Rose Park which would accomplish one of two things. Neighbor hood cleanup or NBA clean up, could be a win win!

The Jazz are proud of the team they put together, as well it represents the community and NOT a single player above could actually be representative of the Utah community. Today’s team is, every one of them, and they can kick some hiney with the best of them in the league.

Harp takes ZERO crap from anybody in the league, even if he aint 7′ or more, he can dish it out and does. Clean, dirty, questionable, don’t mess with him in the paint! Cuz tomorrow you might have to play again.

Though one can say Carlos is soft, he proved against Artest that he too can as well be hard on you. In fact when he hits most opponents ya know its gotta hurt like the dickens. The man is steel!

AK presents a bigger nightmare to opposing teams than the KGB did for the free world during the cold war. Harassment while you are driving, then appears from nowhere to take the ball out of hands and it’s half way down the opposite end of the court almost as fast.

If anybody resides on a potential wish list it would be for that giant, that plays for…, and almost never misses a free throw, and his name is difficult to pronounce. (Which means I can’t remember who he is).

Lets’ hope we are just having fun!! Can you imagine those players all together on the floor with their egos? We probably wouldn’t win many because they would be out killing each other. It is such a shame that people with so much natural talent can’t use it for team play and not for personal recognition be it good or bad. Of course I’m sure that somewhere back some years we could blame it either on his mother, or lack of, or a “mean” father or lack of. Maybe he had trouble fitting in someplace or was picked on. I’m, sure society must have made him the way he is. Well, there are many athletes that have had one or more of the problems listed above and they have used their talent to become productive citizens. I apologize for so many blogs. You’d think I was opinionated or something??? It is just that I have many opinions and I am sure they must all be right. (ha-ha)

Is this supposed to be english? Carlos, he too can as well be hard on you. I don’t know what this is supposed to mean, but if you think Boozer is as good of a defender as Artest, you’re crazy.

READ THE ARTICLE. Tim says, “even though I know it is a very bad idea.” Obviously these players are idiots. They would never fit on the Jazz team. There is no denying their talent level, though.

Artest is one of the best defensive players this game has ever seen. He’s also a grade-A nutcase.
