Final Score — Clippers 114 Jazz 104
This game never got closer than the 20 the Jazz trailed by in the 3rd Quarter.
The Jazz just aren’t very good in LA no matter who they play. They put up another stinker v. the Lakers this year.
Al Thorton could be pretty good, the Clippers might have a player
The Jazz never made the play that started a run and the offense was as big an issue as the defense tonight. With that said the Clippers are putrid offensive team and should never have had the offensive night they had this evening.

End of 3rd Quarter — Clippers 92 Jazz 72
Ouch.
A 37 point quarter to an awful offensive team is pretty hard to swallow. Brewer got pulled and Price replaced him and was equally bad.
The offense has not been good, but the overall evening has been a mess
The Clippers have kept the jazz out of rhythm all night.
Mobley and rookie Al Thorton did most of the damage in this quarter.
Everything defensively is a step slow.

Halftime — Clippers 55 Jazz 49
Jazz allowed a 30 point quarter which was largely due to a bad offensive half.
The Jazz really struggled offensively. The Clips made things tough. The Jazz were taken a lot of shots on plays where they usually are able to make another pass or continue the ball movement and instead got stymied and had to take a shot.
Maggette is an issue. He is tough. The Jazz don’t have an answer on how to guard him.
Maggette has already taken 9 free throws, that was one of the keys to the game.
Korver is not getting any looks and has forced a few.
Felt like Deron tried a few times to ignite the team but nothing got them going.

End of 1st Quarter — Jazz 29 Clippers 25
Clippers start Knight and Mobley in the back-court rather than Ross and Cassell.
Boozer is very good early in this game
Price closed the quarter with a coast to coast drive that was fantastic.
Jazz are in control but nothing special.
The Clippers are really offensively challanged.
The one thing I don’t understand is if Magette is the offensive player then how come he can still get good looks.
Jazz are shooting over 65%

Keys to the Game
1) Stay focused defensively the Clips can’t score
2) Try to keep Maggette off the foul line
3) Executed offensively the Clips are good defensively

Key Numbers for Jazz v. Clippers
Jazz are the #3 offensive team in the NBA and the Clippers are the #12 defensively
Clippers are the #27 offensive team in the NBA and the Jazz now rank #10 in the NBA defensively.
The Clippers are the 29th ranked offensive rebounding team

Whats with hating Sloan, You may not like his style but he’s a damn good coach who always has good teams.

Hello justalars,
I don’t hate sloan. I hate his attitude, his foul mouth, his cheap shots at players. I hate his body language, his face, his hand gestures, his hair, shoes etc. etc. But I don’t hate him. I hate his reactions on interviews, his superiority complex, (he never does anything wrong, he never makes bad comments about players, he never fesses up to the things, he does every day) But I don’t hate sloan. I hate his voice, the way he never smiles, his hateful looks etc. etc. But I don’t hate sloan, I hate that he is the coach of a great team of NBA players, and they deserve better. Hopefully Mr. larry Miller will see that soon and give him a ring for 20 years of service.

The JazzBoyz showed up for the game.

I watched it all, but did not see Sloan take the floor once.

I suggest a pill for all them hateful items, sounds like a personal issue.
