Playoffs here we come!

9 teams and 8 playoff spots. How can you be so sure the Jazz are going to make the ultra tough West playoffs?
The answer is just in, hot off the press (actually the internet). If you haven’t heard, Yao Ming just got a season ending stress fracture in his foot. Without Yao, the hottest team in the NBA, is probably headed toward the lottery, instead of the playoffs. It’s kinda’ like having a 7′6″ ‘Curtis Borchardt’, but who can play, on your team. That’s a lot of weight and pounding absorbed by Yao’s feet.
Without the Rockets to kick around anymore, the Jazz should, at least, make the playoffs. With Tracy and Yao, the Rockets have always been teetering on the edge of major injury, or at least a chronic flair up of an old injury.
Let’s all cross our fingers (toes and eyes too) that the Jazz continue healthy.

Playoffs? Playoffs? We’re talking about playoffs? We need to be talking about this week. No disrespect but we need to not count our chickens before the eggs hatch! This men need to dig deep this week and see what they are made of. I think this city and this team need a new mindset. Lets not talk about the playoffs or be content with getting there, lets talk about championship and believe we can achieve. It has been way to long for the city of Salt Lake! Lets look at the upcoming week or so as a mid-term test. Hopefully our guys are prepared! C-BIZKIT5 OUT!
I hope you are right. Sometimes a team has a special player out and it puts a special spark in them. I am sure there aren’r many who agree with me but I didn’t think Yao added that much except for his height. I was sooooooo dissapointed in the game the Jazz played last night. They look very tired. I don’t know if maybe they have all been tryung to beat ther flu or if there are team problems but I like it a lot better when they are all smiling! Better things tonight.
Pulled a lion out of the hat against Det!
WTG Millsap! Memo unleashed as well, Boozer, well we expect it, but great game.
Congrats to the coach leaving Millsap in while he was hot!
The Jazz are still a developing team, with highs and lows. The 3 games and first 2 1/2 quarters of the Pistons game were definite lows, stinkers in fact. Then the last 1 1/2 quarters were phenomenal. It wasn’t the Pistons giving the game to the Jazz, the Jazz defense took the game from the Piston and the offense sealed the win.
The potential is there, but this is an evolving team, probably a year or two away from being in the title mix. However, there is so much luck involved, anything could happen.
Still, I think there’s no question the Jazz will make the playoffs, which wasn’t at all clear just a few weeks ago. Will it be #4 or #8? Who knows!
