Moneyeeee!!!

Memo to self:
Remind self to not get too elated with every Memo long distance connection. Conserve your voice. The playoffs are coming. Or, are they here already?
Yes, that was me you heard yelling Moneyeeee!!! from the upper echelons of the arena with every Memo launch from 3 point land. Memo, or should I say ‘Money’, usually launches his missiles from the left side of the arc, right in line with my 1st row seats in the lower nose bleed section. As soon as the ball rolls off his fingertips, the ref raises his arm and the tower at the airport starts it’s radar tracking of his shot, I can see it’s on line. Moneyeeee!!! Swish. Ahhhh, that’s sweet music, as the crowd comes to their feet and the roar becomes deafening.
6 out of 7? That’s better than the percentage on lay-ups. This was Memo at his last year’s preAll-Star best. No… Wait. This was much better than before he went through childbirth and seemed to have a lingering postpartum depression. Memo was putting the ball on the floor, driving to the hole, passing, moving and rebounding. Rebounding! Yes, remember when the Jazz gobbled up rebounds like jellybeans? They’re baaaaack!
The only thing missing was the ’smoking gun’, which Memo kept holstered. But I do miss him blowing the ’smoke’ off his index finger when he’s hot. Hot? 6 for 7? That’s beyond being in a Zone. That was. . . “The Twilight Zone.” I expected Rod Sterling to come back from the dead and announce over PA system, “You’ve just entered. . . The Twilight Zone.”
But hold on, let’s complete the dream sequence. C J, from the same angle, buries 2 out of 2, Kyle lofts another two for two sequence, and to end the half, the Nuggets trap DWil about 30 feet from the basket with time running out. No sweat. Willy did his best Kobe impression for a buzzer beater swish.
Don’t know where we’ll end up. Jus’ enjoyin’ the ride!

First of all i’m a big fan of JAZZ.
When they go on road games, they look like the worst team in the NBA. that’s the only thing I dont like about my team (JAZZ). In Phoenix, they played well. Here I wanna talk about MEMO! ! !. Especially, Memo’s defense. He doesnt have a good defense. In offense, when he gets the ball from the three point line he has to shoot or pass the ball, but he makes a fake at the line, and drives to the rim. It’s not gonna work for him well. Because, first, he is slow, second, when he makes the fake, nobody is gonna jump for that, third, he is not a good ball handler.

The Denver game was the best I’ve ever seen the Jazz shoot. I’ve been calling for Memo’s head all season and wishing he would have been traded but I’m starting to come around. More impressive than his recent hot shooting streak is his increased effort to rebound the ball. He went from averaging 6.2 a game pre all-star game to 10.2 post break.
