School and the Jazz
As we come to the end of our school year and the Jazz come to the end of the season, we noticed some similarities!
Students are wearing down, at times, it seems like it has been a long season! The players are also tired and bruised from a long hard fought season.
The End of Level testing is our “playoffs” we have worked hard all year to get to this point. Our teacher has “coached” us and given us the “plays” now it is our turn to “execute” to the best of our ability. The Jazz have Jerry Sloan that has coached them, given them the plays and now they need to execute. We hope that we execute as well as the Jazz have in this first round series against the Rockets!
There is no big title or championship ring at the end of our “play-offs’ but we do gain knowledge which is worth much more! Our celebration will last all summer as we play, swim, travel and enjoy the time away from the classroom. Then come the fall we will join our classmates and coaches and head into another great season!
