So glad to see the Muellers back!! Just have to mention that anyone that does any counseling has something special in what they are made of. My oldest son is a clinical therapist in California and when he mentions a case to me once in awhile I think I would go out of my mind dealing with problems that I wasn’t sure I could cure! (Have a question on that subject in a minute) We too love the Olympics. It seemed like this year ( and maybe others that I have forgotten) almost all of the athletes were true athletes. They really wanted to win but as much or more for their country then for themselves. I too shed a few tears over some of the side stories. My only complaint is that I wasn’t too happy with the rendition of the National Anthem. Back to my question: Do the Jazz have some type of sport therapist on their staff? I have a Cousin who is a hand writing specialist for the courts of California. She is sometimes hired by coaches of different sport teams to read the players handwriting so the coach knows the best way to coach that individual. With either a strong hand or a mental approach. When my sons were on swim teams she read them to a T and she had not met them at that time. Just wondering if anyone knew if we had something in that line with the Jazz???? Welcome back…..GO JAZZ and make it soon!

Well , I have to say that even though I am just begining to read these blogs , that it will be nice to get to know ya . Welcome back .
I am sad to say that i was not able to watch much of the Olympics this year , because of all the hours that I am working at this time . But I did get to see a couple of swiming races that the USA won , that was cool and exciting .
I have been trying to keep up with news of the Olympics by reading the paper . I think that it is sad of those that lost because of miscues that will always haunt them . With all the hours of training and getting tuned for their individual events I can imagine how dissappointed they feel right now .
I just want to say thanks to them all for representing our great country and for giving their all . Good luck next time for those that will be back .
I do wish that I would have been able to watch the basketball team , mostly because I wanted to cheer on our Jazz players . I think that they are the best of the best .
Lets go get um boys , go Jazz !!!

Jared & Clint: I have to admit, we cheated on that game. For crying out loud I have to be somewhat coherent the next day! However, first thing in the am, Kurt had the game on the computer for us to watch. It did take some of the drama out of the game knowing the end result ahead of time but it was still dramatic enough with the way the game was close!
Linda, good question. I will see what I can find out about that. I would like to find that out as well. I think that I love sports because I can see so many great kids/young adults who have a lot going for them and (usually) those kids are making good choices and usually have support systems that allow them to follow their dreams. If only all kids could have that. Thanks for the warm welcome back!

JayD: WELCOME! Glad to have you with us, especially with your busy schedule. The miscues were heart breaking. So hard to imagine how I would feel if I had trained for four years and one small thing and it’s all gone (at least for this olympics). UUGGHH!
