Training by Kara

My Mom asked me what I would do if I was in charge of training the Jazz players.  So I came up with my own program.   At my school, we can choose to run the “Gold Medal Mile”.  At break we run the half mile course and we get a stamp.  When we fill up the card we get twenty dollars in fourth grade cash.  When it is time for breaktime, I go outside and run the mile to earn as many stamps as I can.  Since I am only 9 years old, they would need to do more running than I do.  So to start my training program I would have the Jazz players run around Utah.  That way they would get a lot of exercise and we would get to see them.

Next I would have them all run into my school and knock it down so we wouldn’t have to go to school!  Then they could go to Olive Garden and eat healthy food like salad.

Then they could come to my backyard and play chase with my one year old black lab puppy named Taya.  That wears me out!  They could play a little basketball on our backyard hoop before they go back home.

Every night before they go to bed I would have them do 1000 push ups and 100 sit ups.    Oh, and they could come and do all my chores each day because chores wear me out too (especially “deep cleaning”)!

That would be my training program for the Jazz!  Go Jazz Go!

Hey, I like your ideas, especially the first one. The only thing wrong with it is that you need them to come into Idaho as far as Lava Hot Springs. That way I could see them and they could go swimming with me in the morning because that really wears me out! I seriously hope they are working out a lot because that first game is not too far away!! Go JAZZ.
