He did play for Tom Iszo to at michigan state “yeah i know i need to learn to spell “. He it the most amazing coach in basketball though Stae is my favorite team to watch I love Toms style and, it seems to get alot of guys NBA ready so we will see when he has. I’m surprised though Josh heytvelt was on the board and, you don’t take him whats up with that

@tman11, I suspect you already know how to spell. You need to slow down when you write instead of blasting out your thoughts. The readers here will definitely appreciate it.

I try to but, I don’t have much time when i get on here so yeah kind of hard me to sit down and write. I think he was an ok pick but we could have done a bit better i beleive. They must have seen some thing in him at work outs. I must say he fits into a jerry sloan system he is physical and is a big body and, likes to hit people down in the post.

tman11 has no clue…
Taj Gibson was picked by the Bulls at No. 26..
When The G/Goran Suton and Gibson met in the Tournament…
Suton 7 points and 10 rebounds
Gibson 3 points 0 rebounds
Against that monster Cole Aldrich of Kansas
Suton 20 points 9 rebounds
Aldrich 17 points and 14 rebounds
I’d say that’s holding your own against the best player returning in college basketball
Louisville didn’t think Suton could beat them…they were wrong..
Suton 19 points and 10 rebounds
Against Thabeet at UConn he held him to 17 points and 6 rebounds…which really isn’t horrible
ANd he did well agianst NC…recognizing that nobody was going to stop that team.
I think the Jazz got a guy that will surprise people…he is a GREAT passer and he has an uncanny knack of knocking the ball away when people try and feed it down low. That doesn’t come up in the stats…but he really can frustrate opposing players when he is always tipping the ball away.
Seriously…at No. 50…the Jazz got lucky

I think it could go one of two ways with him. He has the ability to become a great player bt his numbers through the regualar season tell me one of two things. One he is very passive and, not aggressive when finding his shot or, two he is inconsistant and will go up and down. Sure he had those great games against great competition but, come on you can’t look past the fact the he put up only 11 piont per game and 9 rebounds. He isn’t some freshman guy in collage that didn’t get any playing time either he was a freakin senior that lead the team pretty much. I never thought i would be saying this about a guy that played for my favorite coahc and, who I think is one of the greatest coaches of all time in Tom. But i hoenstly think there is atleast three players i know of that i would have taken before this kid.
Luke Nevil he is taller and a better passer and, put up beater numbers and is a better shot blocker then Sutton. O and did i mention he was taller, he has the one thing you can’t teach and that’s height. Or how about Josh Heytvelt sure he had off court problems but for one he is taller again. He can shoot better spread the court out on offence. he is also alot more aggressive the sutton is. Last but not least get anther small guy Nando De Colo. I can’t compare the two cause it’s not right two diffrent positions but I think the spurs got an amazing player in Colo we missed out on him.
