J R Stewart

J R Stewart

Season Ticket Holder – Upper Bowl

I'm a 65 year old, retired allergist, living in Salt Lake. I love to travel, play on the computer and go to Jazz games. I've lived my life in Utah, married to my beautiful wife, Bethany, who is as big a Jazz fan as I am, and have 6 grown children, plus 17 grandchildren. We've been season ticket holders since 1980. We're a dysfunctional college sports family, with half Ute fans and half Cougar fans, that was until marriages have tipped the balance in favor of the Utes, but we're all Jazz fans, except my sister, who lives in Boston and is a diehard Celtic fan.

Johnathan Kendrick

Johnathan Kendrick

Jazz Fan

I have been a Jazz fan all my life. When I was 9 years old I would call Dave Blackwell, host of the post game show on the radio to talk about the game. He was the only one I could find who was as excited about the team as I was. From age 9 to 14 I never missed a Jazz game. I listened to everyone including games where I had to sneak an AM radio on scout camps or find a broadcast while on vacation in Las Vegas. These days I am 32 years old and have a career in marketing. For the past 5 years I have also been involved in freelance journalism. Among my freelance opportunities I have been able to cover the Jazz for www.jazzhoops.net, including conducting exclusive interviews with Karl Malone and Matt Harpring. Now I look forward to bringing my insights and opinions to you.

Keith Haney

Keith Haney

Special Assignment Fan

Hey - I spent 10 seconds writing this, the least you could do is spend 10 seconds reading it. I'm 30 years old and spend 10 months of every year following NBA basketball like it's my religion. August and September are the only months my wife doesn't have to listen to sports radio when we drive around town together - I guess I love her enough to sacrifice a little. That said, I would trade her in for a Jazz Championship in a heartbeat. That's me. Look forward to talking to you!

If that time involves a Jazz game, so much the better. When not with her family or the Jazz, she can typically be found working as Director of Engineering at a software company. Go Jazz!

Stanton Huntington

Stanton Huntington

Jazzbots Co-Captain

Stanton grew up in Emery County, Utah where there was little else to do in the winter but watch Jazz basketball. After years of seeing the Jazz get oh-so close to an appearance in the NBA Finals, Stanton left the country. The Jazz abruptly won the Western Conference Championship two years in a row. For the good of the team, Stanton is seriously considering moving his wife and one-year old son to Europe for the ’07-’08 season. Stanton currently works as an attorney in Salt Lake City and is excited to be one of the first Jazzbots bloggers and the first Jazzbots team captain.
